Return and Refund Policy

Final Sales: All sales of custom outfits are final, as each piece is specially created per order. Additionally, sale items, gift cards, and international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.

1. Return Period

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Important Note: Custom handmade items are non-returnable. Other accessories must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn and unwashed.

  • Free of stains, damage, or hair.

  • With original tags and in its original packaging.

  • Must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back in unacceptable condition will not be approved and may be returned to the sender at their own expense.

3. Return Process

We do not accept items sent back without first requesting a return. To start the process:

  2. Order Details: You must include your order number and the specific item you wish to return in the message.

  3. Wait for Confirmation: Once your request is evaluated, we will respond with approval and detailed instructions.

  4. Shipping: If your return is accepted, you will receive the shipping address.

Note: Items sent back to us without prior request and approval will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at tagoshop.pr@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom products or special orders.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged within 7 days of receipt.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or rejected.

  • Refund Method: No cash or credit card refunds are given (No money refunds). The refund will be processed as Store Credit within 2 to 5 business days, or in the same format as the original purchase.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. T-AGO is not responsible for packages lost in the mail; we suggest using a trackable shipping service with insurance.

8. Gifts

Any item received as a gift will require proof of purchase (receipt or order number) to process any request. Additionally, gifts are subject to the same timeframe and conditions as a regular order (7 or 14 days depending on the item).

If the return is approved, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your item. If no proof of purchase is provided, any refund or credit will automatically be issued to the original purchaser.
